Get to Know Us

TLC Acres is a family run landscape supply yard owned by Matt and Amy Seban. They have owned and operated Total Lawn Care a local landscape company for over 25 years. In summer of 2017 they were presented with an opportunity to purchase a 50 acre tree nursery in Germantown. They are excited about the opportunity to provide premium quality products in a family friendly environment while giving back to the community.

Mulch & Topsoils

At TLC Acres we pride ourselves in providing high quality landscape products at an affordable price to the consumer.  We stock several different natural and dyed mulches in stock daily for pick-up or delivery.

If you are looking for quality topsoil for your next project, you have come to the right place.  At TLC Acres we screen our topsoil on site once it is ordered.  We stock our topsoil in a covered indoor facility to ensure we always have dry product on hand after a stretch of wet weather.  

Decorative Stone & Gravel

TLC Acres has expanded their stone and gravel inventory.  Over the last couple of years, the demand for stone and gravel has increased for customer pickup and delivery.  We now stock the most commonly used products at our yard for convenient pickup for the small do it yourself projects.

Fill Dump Site

Our clean fill site is open to the public and accepts only clean materials, such as soil, rock, and sand. It's an excellent solution for anyone looking to dispose of uncontaminated material in an environmentally-friendly manner.
